Baisa Nakamura is a rare specialty tea shop that combines a small tea factory with an intimate tea bar. Teas are processed everyday; soft buds are steamed, rolled, and dried on-site, so guests can taste fresh tea, a pleasure once available only for those who worked at tea factories.

Every serving is brewed by hand and served with a traditional Japanese teapot (kyusu). Baisa Nakamura's sources over ten varieties of tea from Kyoto, Kagoshima, and beyond. Led by descendants of a historic Uji teahouse alongside a tea grower trained in organic cultivation, Baisa Nakamura pours a deep appreciation of the art of tea within each cup.

The licensing package includes comprehensive support such as tea sourcing and processing guidance, training materials, interior design guidelines, and optional ongoing operational support to ensure brand consistency across markets.
