TableBridge Launches: Licensing Support Between Japanese Restaurant Brands and Partners Overseas

The team behind the international growth of Hikiniku to Come and SHOGUN BURGER now offers end-to-end support, from finding the right local partner to opening day.

Office Felicidad, Inc. (Shibuya, Tokyo) has officially launched TableBridge, a service that supports the international expansion of Japanese F&B brands, and has strengthened its support structure.

Why it matters

Global demand for Japanese food is higher than ever. Yet language barriers, complex contracts and mismatches between brands and local partners often stand in the way of bringing a Japanese restaurant brand overseas.

What TableBridge does

TableBridge works through a licensing model and handles the practical work on both sides of the table:

  • Matching — selecting qualified local partners through our own network
  • Contracts and negotiation — negotiating license terms
  • Strategy and manuals — documents and manuals that convey the authentic brand to a global standard
  • Opening and operations — project management through the grand opening and quality maintenance on site

Track record

  • Hikiniku to Come — supported expansion to 16 locations, mainly in Asia (as of 2025)
  • SHOGUN BURGER — supported entry into China and Thailand

Message from our CEO

Our CEO said that TableBridge aims to be the bridge through which Japanese food culture reaches tables around the world, and grows together with local partners.
