Yamamoto's Hamburg selects only domestically raised Japanese beef and pork, and every hamburg steak is kneaded by hand each morning and grilled to order. A signature demi-glace sauce made from miso and Japanese dashi gives the dish a distinctly Japanese character. Each hamburg steak is served alongside specially cultivated rice and homemade vegetable juice.
